The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ada Izmir misses with a straight left.
Maki Pulu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from Ada Izmir does it's job there.
It looks like Maki Pulu has been cut.
Pulu needs to keep his hands up - Ada Izmir had a free shot at his head there.
Pulu dodges the punch combination from Ada Izmir.
Pulu lands a head kick. Ada Izmir smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Pulu throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Pulu bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Pulu misses the shot to the body.
Good work by Pulu as he checks the leg kick.
That kick from Ada Izmir tenderised Pulu's leg. Pulu is trying to keep his angry face on.
Nice body punch from Ada Izmir.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pulu gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Pulu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pulu misses with a wild body shot.
Ada Izmir moves away from the strike by Pulu.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ada Izmir punishes Pulu's body with a nice straight punch.
Ada Izmir lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Pulu misses with a looping left.
Pulu throws a head kick but Ada Izmir moves out of range.
Ada Izmir takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Pulu uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ada Izmir.

That has opened up Maki Pulu's cut even more.
Pulu moves out of range as Ada Izmir strikes.
Pulu moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
The crowd cheers as Ada Izmir lands an impressive looking overhand right. Pulu doesn't seem phased though.
Pulu is rocked!
The cut above Maki Pulu's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Ada Izmir fakes the body blow, causing Pulu to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Pulu goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Uzun Ada Izmir!
Uzun Ada Izmir retains his heavyweight title!
Our winner, Uzun Ada Izmir, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
