Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Gaudreau (ranked 3519 p4p, 197 weight class) and Zhang Jun (ranked 3609 p4p, 199 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Johnny Gaudreau!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Zhang Jun!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaudreau takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
It looks like Johnny Gaudreau has been cut.
Gaudreau gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Jun counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
A slow jab from Jun misses its intended target.
Gaudreau ducks under a wild hook from Jun.
Gaudreau tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jun defends well and Gaudreau ends up having to push Jun into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
A nice side step and Jun releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Jun slaps away a takedown attempt from Gaudreau, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Johnny Gaudreau. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Gaudreau shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Gaudreau shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jun as he avoids it easily.
Jun lands a jab to the nose.
Jun has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Gaudreau is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Jun drops Gaudreau with a straight right hand, right on the button! Jun follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zhang Jun!
