The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Wharzawsky blocks a head kick by Boyer.

Boyer has closed the distance and engaged Wharzawsky in a clinch.
Boyer avoids the elbow strike from Wharzawsky, against the cage.
Nice elbow from Wharzawsky.
Wharzawsky scores with a knee to the head.
Wharzawsky lands an elbow just above Boyer 's eye.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Boyer takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Boyer takes a knee right on the jaw!

It looks like Leonardo Boyer has been cut.
Wharzawsky blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Boyer doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Boyer wants to break free but Wharzawsky has control.
Wharzawsky lands a damaging elbow.

Wharzawsky comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Boyer blocks the elbow strike.
Wharzawsky is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Boyer tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Wharzawsky avoids it.
Wharzawsky lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Boyer is rocked!
Wharzawsky lands an elbow inside that Boyer shrugs off.
Oh Boyer is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Wharzawsky has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Boyer uses from the top position.

Boyer stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Boyer closes the distance and clinches.
Wharzawsky lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Boyer to his knees! Wharzawsky keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
