Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Conrad Poohs (ranked 2367 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Machin (ranked 3503 p4p, 0 weight class). Machin comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Pandora's Music Box kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Conrad Poohs could well score a knockout today. 7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Miguel Machin! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Poohs gets caught flat footed, as Machin shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Poohs keeping moving, preventing Machin from controlling successfully. Poohs is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

He's managed to get a loose triangle. Machin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Poohs is defending against the submission attempts here by Machin.
Machin works his way into full mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Machin controlling from mount. Machin tries to control but Poohs wriggling away. Poohs is desperately trying to improve his position but Machin has a good base and remains in mount. Machin wants to take his opponent's back but instead Poohs manages to regain half guard. Poohs looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Poohs is not content to let Machin control the position. Machin is pressing down on Poohs's thigh, looking to free his foot. Poohs is holding on for now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Poohs is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Machin pulls his head out easily. Machin is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Poohs has managed to free his arm - good work. Machin tries to pass the half guard into mount. Poohs knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Machin is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! Machin is keen to just control but Poohs is a slippery customer. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Poohs looking for submissions off his back. Poohs is fighting to maintain full guard but Machin has managed to sneak the leg through. Machin wants to advance to full mount but Poohs doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead. Poohs keeping full guard, as Machin tries to pass. Machin is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Poohs is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Poohs has escaped and now he's on top! Poohs won't allow Machin to sweep him here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Poohs drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Poohs jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Machin looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Machin! Poohs is not content to let Machin control the position. Machin goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Poohs rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Machin's guard! Nice work there by Poohs! Poohs postures up.
Poohs is looking to stand up but Machin won't let him. Poohs drops back, looking for a kneebar! Machin looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. That's two minutes gone in the round. Machin is looking to take a break and control but Poohs is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Poohs is looking for a sweep. Machin has hold of Poohs's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Poohs seems comfortable defending it but Machin has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Poohs is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Poohs is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Machin couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Miguel Machin! After the fight, Miguel Machin was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
