0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gukog UrukHai! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! UrukHai forces Allen back against the cage and clinches. UrukHai tightens his grip and picks Allen up, before dumping him to the ground. Allen manages to land in guard. Allen lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Allen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Allen stands and steps away. UrukHai gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. No luck for Allen with that takedown attempt. Allen closes the distance and clinches. Allen gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from UrukHai.
UrukHai fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Allen prevents a body shot from UrukHai. UrukHai misses with a knee strike.
UrukHai is working for takedown but Allen is calmly controlling the position for now. UrukHai drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Nathaniel Allen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gukog UrukHai. UrukHai has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Allen is trying to keep an underhook but UrukHai manages to get the takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Allen is looking to improve his position.
UrukHai throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Allen moves into full guard.
UrukHai is fighting to break Allen's control of his arms but Allen is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. UrukHai with a nice head shot there. UrukHai is working Allen over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. UrukHai working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Allen pulls UrukHai in to control the position. UrukHai trying to control the position from guard on top but Allen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. UrukHai keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Allen's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. UrukHai wants to control from the top but Allen keeps moving. Allen wants to stand and escape but UrukHai is having none of it. UrukHai scoring with some ground and pound. Allen keeping moving, preventing UrukHai from controlling successfully. UrukHai landing some decent shots from guard. Hammerfist, elbow! yells UrukHai's corner. There ya go! There ya go! UrukHai really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Allen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Allen is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. UrukHai postures up and lands a big shot to Allen's brow. UrukHai stands up over Allen, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. UrukHai with a nice head shot there. UrukHai is working Allen over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Allen manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. UrukHai manages to get himself to full guard.

Allen gets to his feet - UrukHai follows without any prompting. UrukHai moves into range and clinches up with Allen. UrukHai wants the takedown. Allen is fighting it off but UrukHai persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Allen's guard against the cage. UrukHai working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Allen's head. UrukHai with a nice head shot there.
Allen is rocked! UrukHai content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Oh Allen is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! UrukHai must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. UrukHai working some strikes from top position. UrukHai arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Allen's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Gukog UrukHai!
