Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Art Espinoza (ranked 6327 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Faust (ranked 4824 p4p, 0 weight class). Faust has chosen Sleep Now In The Fire as his entrance music. Diego Faust will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Art Espinoza! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Diego Faust! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Faust scores to the head and body with a nice combination! A combination from Faust does no damage. Espinoza tries to score a power double leg takedown but Faust sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Espinoza somewhat. A combination from Faust does no damage. Faust shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Espinoza checks a leg kick nicely. Faust misses with the combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Faust throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Espinoza. A quick step to the side and Espinoza tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Diego Faust seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Espinoza has Faust up against the cage in a clinch.
Faust has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Faust is looking to break free of the clinch but Espinoza has double underhooks.
That's one minute gone in the round. Espinoza turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Espinoza manages to end up in side control. Espinoza is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Faust is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Faust bucks up and tries to throw Espinoza off but instead Espinoza has got his back! Espinoza could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Faust is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Espinoza thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Espinoza scores with a nice shot to the head of his opponent. Faust is looking for a way out. Espinoza lands a couple of good shots to his opponent's body and a final shot to the head. Good little attack there by Espinoza.
Faust manages to get to his feet, escaping the difficult position. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Faust throws a nice looking combination but Espinoza bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Danga de danga de dang - Faust scores with a four punch combination!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Faust misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Faust lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Espinoza circles away quickly and effectively. Espinoza shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Faust counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Faust works Espinoza's body with a nice hook. Espinoza tries to clinch there but Faust circles away.
A punch lands to the side of Espinoza 's head but he takes it in his stride. Espinoza wants to clinch. Faust misses with a body punch
and Espinoza counters by moving into the clinch. Espinoza's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Espinoza takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Faust misses with a wild combination.
Faust lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A right-left combo lands from Faust. Faust moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Faust lands with a nice combination. Espinoza backs away looking to recover. Espinoza walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Espinoza is rocked! The fight stays on the outside here - Espinoza looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Oh Espinoza is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Faust is working the combinations to good effect here. You can follow us on Twitter at...Ooooooh Espinoza got wobbled bad by a big combination! Faust presses forward with punches and knees until Espinoza stumbles to the ground! The ref watches Espinoza closely before deciding to step in and end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Diego Faust! After the fight, Diego Faust was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
