The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machida fails to land the takedown.

Machida is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Kronburger rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Machida moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kronburger throws an uppercut from hell that sends Machida clean off his feet! He's out cold! Kronburger stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
