The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tate misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tact instigates a clinch.
Tact throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Tact breaks from the clinch.
Tate moves in looking to clinch but Tact pushes him off.
Tact was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Tact has closed the distance and engaged Tate in a clinch.

Tact misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Tate.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tact throws a lazy right hand but Tate sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Tact tries to close the distance and clinch but Tate swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Tact throws a big counter combination but Tate scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Tact throws a head kick but Tate moves out of range.
Tact gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Tate is looking to control Tact 's arms but Tact gets an underhook and turns him. Now Tate has his back to the ropes.
Tact breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Tate goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Tact closes the distance looking to clinch
and Tate counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Tate moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
A leg kick checked by Tact .
It appears Tact was looking to counter with a kick there.
Tate tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tact swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A big right followed by a crushing left from Tate knocks Tact out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
