The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gee misses with a two punch combination.
Gee connects with the punch.
It looks like Danny Mc Elroy has been cut.
Gee throws a right hand that misses
and Gee takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Gee jabs at Mc Elroy's body.
Mc Elroy fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Gee loads up on a big right hand but Mc Elroy slips the punch.
Mc Elroy tries to counter with a takedown but Gee is quick to defend against it.
Mc Elroy's corner calls for a 1-2. Mc Elroy obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Gee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mc Elroy manages to avoid it.
Gee uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mc Elroy.
Mc Elroy shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mc Elroy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gee was well out of range. Poor timing from Mc Elroy.
Gee swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Mc Elroy walks into a left hand.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mc Elroy has a takedown stuffed.
Mc Elroy gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Gee gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Mc Elroy is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
