Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frog Ribbit (ranked 715 p4p, 103 weight class) and Hamza Keita (ranked 2676 p4p, 325 weight class). Keita comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Secka - Pointure kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frog Ribbit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hamza Keita!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribbit slips under a jab.
Ribbit went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Keita fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Keita shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ribbit but Ribbit pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Ribbit seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Keita fails with a takedown attempt.
Ribbit looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Frog Ribbit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hamza Keita.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Keita looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Keita shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Ribbit pinned against the cage. Ribbit gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ribbit was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Keita misses with a takedown
and Ribbit counters with a nice uppercut.
Ribbit slaps away a takedown attempt from Keita, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Keita shoots for a takedown but Ribbit saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A little feinted left hand from Ribbit on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Keita has his takedown stuffed
and Ribbit connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Keita shoots in but Ribbit avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Keita changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ribbit tries to avoid it but Keita manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ribbit to the ground. Ribbit escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ribbit was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Keita misses with a takedown attempt
and Ribbit connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Keita doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Ribbit counters with a crisp right hand that drops Keita! Ribbit lets Keita back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Keita is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Keita misses with a takedown attempt
and Ribbit counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Keita looks winded!
Keita shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Keita misses with a hook to the body
and Ribbit counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Frog Ribbit!
Frog Ribbit decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
