Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, John Fadden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jackson Pollock!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Alyssa Summers and Russell Pearce.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fadden uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pollock.
Pollock avoids a punch combination nicely.
Pollock throws a series of strikes that have Fadden backpedaling.
Pollock lands with a right hand.
Pollock feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Fadden's calf.
Nice shot by Pollock.
Fadden is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pollock.
Fadden tries to clinch but Pollock is having none of it.
Pollock moves out of range of the strikes.
Pollock throws out a counter right but Fadden avoids it with no problem.
Pollock has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Fadden lands a slapping body shot.
Pollock misses with a looping left.
Pollock throws a leg kick which misses Fadden's front leg but catches the back leg as Fadden tries to avoid it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pollock lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Fadden tries to clinch up.
Fadden tries to close the distance and clinch but Pollock swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Good exchange - Pollock coming out on top.
Fadden closes the distance looking to clinch
and Pollock counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Pollock misses with a body shot.
Pollock lands a glancing blow to the side of Fadden's head.
Pollock dips to his left and cracks Fadden with an uppercut!
John Fadden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fadden is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Pollock.
Fadden throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fadden tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pollock was well out of range. Poor timing from Fadden.
Fadden has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Pollock staying out of range there.
Pollock cracks Fadden with an open hand slap.
Fadden throws out a loose jab but Pollock uses good head movement to avoid it.
Fadden throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fadden misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pollock paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Fadden takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Fadden throws a jab but it's blocked by Pollock.
Pollock avoids the head kick by Fadden.
Fadden closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Good shot there by Pollock.


Fadden is rocked!
Fadden with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pollock to score with a decent uppercut.
Oh Fadden is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pollock walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Fadden drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Pollock swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Fadden's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jackson Pollock!
After the fight, Jackson Pollock was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
