The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hawasleh goes for a double leg but Omarsson avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Omarsson continues to drive forward.

Omarsson knocks Hawasleh to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?

It looks like Badreddine Hawasleh has been cut.

Omarsson decides to stand up, so the ref orders Hawasleh to his feet.
Hawasleh tries to score a power double leg takedown but Omarsson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hawasleh somewhat.
Halldor Omarsson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Badreddine Hawasleh.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Omarsson! Hawasleh is out on his feet! Omarsson rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Hawasleh is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight!
