Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Expendable Crewman V (ranked 781 p4p, 104 weight class) and Mush Mouth (ranked 905 p4p, 119 weight class). Crewman V comes to the cage accompanied by Star Trek. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
23 - 18 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mush Mouth!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, William Gold and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crewman V throws a looping overhand right but Mouth ducks down to avoid it.
Mouth looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Crewman V checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Crewman V misses the shot to the body.
Crewman V smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Crewman V lands with a hook. Mouth tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Mouth has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Crewman V throws a body shot but no joy.
Crewman V lands with a right hand.
Crewman V sizes up Mouth with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
It looks like Mush Mouth has been cut.
A looping hook to the body misses from Crewman V. Mouth does a little dance to reset his feet.
Crewman V throws a head kick but Mouth moves out of range.
Crewman V throws out a loose jab but Mouth uses good head movement to avoid it.
A shot to the body from Crewman V misses
and Mouth decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Crewman V's guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mouth lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Mouth's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Crewman V has control of Mouth's left arm, preventing Mouth from doing any damage.
Crewman V wants to sweep but no luck.
Mouth landing with the ground and pound.
Mouth is looking to work some ground and pound but Crewman V has wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mouth is pushing down on Crewman V's leg trying to pass to half guard. Crewman V is fighting to maintain full guard but Mouth has managed to sneak the leg through.
Crewman V is looking to improve his position.
Crewman V holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Mouth trying to control from half guard but Crewman V is working away.
Crewman V has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mouth is working away from the top position though.
Mouth has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Crewman V is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Mouth takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
It looks like Expendable Crewman V has been cut.
Mouth looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mouth seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Expendable Crewman V's cut is getting worse.
Mouth is keen to just control but Crewman V is a slippery customer.
Mouth thows a huge punch but Crewman V dodges it nicely.
Crewman V is looking to improve his position.
Crewman V is working hard here to advance position.
Mouth tries to pass the half guard into mount. Crewman V knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Crewman V trying to hold on to Mouth's head to control him but Mouth postures up.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Crewman V gets full guard.
Mouth postures up.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Mouth's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Crewman V is looking for a triangle but Mouth pushes his legs off easily.
Mouth landing some decent shots from guard.
Crewman V wants to sweep here but Mouth controlling him for the moment.
Mouth working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Crewman V's head.
Crewman V is rocked!
Expendable Crewman V's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Mouth loads up on a big left hand. Crewman V felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Mouth looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Crewman V can't hide his disappointment, as Mouth celebrates the victory.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mush Mouth!
