Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cortez Moses (ranked 4761 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kendall Albright (ranked 4775 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cortez Moses! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kendall Albright! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Dean Styles and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moses closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Albright to the mat! Albright manages to get full guard. Albright looking for a sweep. Not yet Albright, not yet. Moses connects with a couple of short punches. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Moses sitting in guard here, content to control. Albright is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Moses is aware though and is defending well. Moses avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Albright looks winded! Moses seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Albright has momentary wrist control but Moses slips an elbow through the middle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Moses is stalling in the full guard. Moses with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moses slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Moses landing some decent shots from guard. Moses content to stall in guard here. Moses lands a couple of elbows. Moses engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Moses landing with the ground and pound. Moses works over Albright with some ground and pound from guard. Moses stands up from Albright's guard - Moses perhaps looking for a knockout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Albright fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Moses sprawls well initially but Albright persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Moses kicks Albright off and gets back to his feet. Moses shoots in and gets a takedown into Albright's guard. Moses with a nice head shot there. Moses slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Albright isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Moses stacks Albright on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Moses!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moses slows the pace down. Albright is looking for a sweep. Moses is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Moses tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Moses has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Moses has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Moses is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Albright's half guard. Moses lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Moses is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Ground and pound from Moses. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Moses winds up and cracks Albright with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Moses content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Moses seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Albright for as long as he can get away with. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cortez Moses dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Moses shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Albright tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Moses manages to move to mount!
Moses is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Albright can do to turn this around? Moses tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Moses could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Albright is breathing heavily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Moses's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Moses landing strikes, looking to finish!
That's one minute gone in the round. Moses unloading with bombs! Moses controlling his opponent. BOOM! Moses connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Albright tries to hold on but Moses postures up. Cortez Moses overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Moses sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Moses lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Moses landing shots from mount. Moses tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Albright is looking to get to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moses working Albright over with strikes here. A nice elbow there by Moses. Albright throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Albright is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Moses controlling the position easily from mount. Albright has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moses controls the position. Albright takes a big shot to the side of the head.
Moses has his arm under Albright's chin here. Game over son! Moses squeezes tightly and Albright is forced to tap out!
