The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Peter Branson and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Darley gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Baloy counters with a three punch combo that has Darley backing up. Darley nods at Baloy to acknowledge the strikes.
Darley shoots in but Baloy avoids the takedown attempt easily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Darley is defended easily by Baloy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Darley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Horrible takedown attempt by Darley or perhaps it was just good defense by Baloy, which made it look bad.
Darley looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Darley wants to pass the guard but Baloy is keeping the position.
Darley trying to control the position from guard on top but Baloy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Baloy has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Darley is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Baloy.
Darley gets to mount! Baloy was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Baloy is working to get back to half guard.
Darley has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Baloy is forced to tap!
