Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bogdan Uzun (ranked 4233 p4p, 380 weight class) and Daniel Brand (ranked 3449 p4p, 333 weight class). Uzun's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, "Trogdor the Burninator" by Strong Bad. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uzun shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Uzun shoots in looking for a takedown. Brand tries to sprawl out of it but Uzun keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Brand manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

and Brand cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Brand has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Uzun is pushing him up against the ropes, looking to control the position.
Uzun lands a takedown into guard.
Brand kicks Uzun off and gets to his feet.

Brand throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Brand throws a nice looking combination but Uzun bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Uzun throws a quick counter head kick but Brand was just out of range.
Nice uppercut there from Brand.
Bogdan Uzun's cut is getting worse.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Brand enables Uzun to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Brand manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The fighters are working up against the ropes. Brand manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the ropes.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Uzun keeps control of Brand as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Brand wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Uzun drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Brand gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Uzun breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Uzun slips a straight right by Brand.
Uzun appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Brand moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Brand ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Brand digs a good body shot into Uzun's ribs.
Uzun darts in and clinches Brand up against the ropes.
Brand is trying to break the clinch but Uzun has him pressed against the ropes.
Brand tries to circle away but Uzun has him pinned against the ropes.
Brand gets underhooks to prevent Uzun's takedown attempt.
Uzun breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Uzun takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Brand missing with a left hand there. Uzun was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Uzun moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Bogdan Uzun's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Daniel Brand seems to be getting the better of the standup.
A jab-cross combination lands for Brand and sends Uzun crashing to the mat! Brand follows him down to the mat - Uzun regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Oh Uzun is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Brand counters with a big left hand that crumples Uzun! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
