The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stackhouse thows a left - swing and a miss!
Marciano has Stackhouse up against the ropes in a clinch.
Marciano blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Stackhouse lands an elbow inside that Marciano shrugs off.
It looks like Rocky Marciano has been cut.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Stackhouse as Marciano tries to tie him up.
Stackhouse misses with a short punch on the inside.
Marciano misses with a hook from the clinch.
Stackhouse lands a shoulder strike.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Marciano.
Stackhouse has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Marciano takes an elbow to the forehead.
Stackhouse lands an elbow just above Marciano 's eye.

Stackhouse gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
That has opened up Rocky Marciano's cut even more.
Marciano struggles to land a body shot inside as Stackhouse controls his hands.

Clinched against the ropes, Stackhouse lands a big elbow that drops Marciano! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Marciano is complaining that he's OK but he was done.

In his post fight interview, Jason Stackhouse started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
