Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Roger Gilmore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Fart Minarsich!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Glass and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gilmore fails in his attempt to clinch.
Gilmore tries to score a power double leg takedown but Minarsich sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Gilmore somewhat.

Minarsich rushes Gilmore and presses him up against the cage.
Minarsich keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Gilmore's efforts to push away.
Gilmore jumps guard but Minarsich turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Minarsich gets control of Gilmore's arms and successfully pulls guard. Minarsich will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Gilmore seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Minarsich does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Gilmore is stalling here. Minarsich is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Gilmore seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Minarsich has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

That was a close round but I would say that Roger Gilmore will probably get the nod.

That was a close second round but I would say that Roger Gilmore will probably get the nod.
