Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sergey Kartavchenko (ranked 5750 p4p, 512 weight class) and Frank Castle (ranked 7318 p4p, 573 weight class). Castle comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Arsonist's Lullaby kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sergey Kartavchenko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Frank Castle! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Columbo Gatti and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Castle tries to clinch but fails miserably and Kartavchenko counters with a lovely straight right hand! Castle catches Kartavchenko napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Kartavchenko to the canvas!
It looks like Sergey Kartavchenko has been cut. Castle drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Kartavchenko manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Castle has Kartavchenko in his guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Castle wants to stand but Kartavchenko is controlling the position. Castle is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Castle misses with a hook from the clinch. Castle swings away with an uppercut that misses.
A head punch on the inside from Castle fails to land. Castle fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Castle keeps control of Kartavchenko as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. A head punch on the inside from Castle fails to land.
That's one minute gone in the round. A head punch blocked on the inside by Kartavchenko. Castle misses with a short punch on the inside. Kartavchenko wants to get back to striking at distance but Castle won't allow it.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Castle. Kartavchenko pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Kartavchenko misses with a double jab
and Castle counters with a series of strikes that sends Kartavchenko to the canvas! Castle follows down into guard, looking to finish the fight!
Kartavchenko is rocked! Castle stands up over Kartavchenko, holding on to his feet. Castle throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Kartavchenko is out cold! Castle lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Frank Castle! A very excited looking Frank Castle rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
