The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinha shoots in and bounces Silveira off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Pinha wants to pass the guard but Silveira is keeping the position.
Pinha keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Silveira's head.

Donk. Silveira catches Pinha right on the button with a cross.
Silveira avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Silveira lands a right hook to the body.
Silveira throws a lazy right hand but Pinha sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Pinha has Silveira up against the cage in a clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pinha tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Silveira's elbow.
Silveira works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Silveira really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Pinha wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Silveira has him pressed against the cage.

Silveira closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Pinha out cold! Pinha corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
