Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bryer McGuire (ranked 15 p4p, 3 weight class) and Kassim Magufuli I V (ranked 36 p4p, 7 weight class). McGuire kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Nothing More - Go To War. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magufuli I V gets in close and instigates a clinch.
I was talking to McGuire's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
McGuire tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Magufuli I V's elbow.
Magufuli I V breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Magufuli I V takes a swing at McGuire's ribcage but misses.
Nice uppercut lands for Magufuli I V. That snapped McGuire's head back.
It looks like Bryer McGuire has been cut.

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! McGuire has cracked Magufuli I V with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! McGuire lands another huge swinging hook and Magufuli I V tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Magufuli I V, before McGuire can land any more shots!
