The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez has managed to clinch.
Lopez dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Lopez lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Lopez lands a hook that snaps the head of Grimes backwards.
It looks like Hosea Grimes has been cut.
Lopez lands a body shot.
Lopez keeps control of Grimes as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Lopez works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Grimes avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Lopez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Grimes. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lopez seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Lopez is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Grimes utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Grimes looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Grimes could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Grimes tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Lopez stays in close to Grimes's body and controls the position.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Grimes might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Lopez drives through with a takedown into guard.

Lopez passes Grimes's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Grimes is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Lopez is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Grimes wants to improve his position but Lopez is controlling well.

Lopez looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Lopez takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Lopez lands a nice short elbow.
Lopez looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Lopez decides to stand and escape the position.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Grimes tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lopez paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lopez scores with a takedown into Grimes's guard.
Lopez controls from within his opponent's guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ferdinand Lopez dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Hosea Grimes's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Grimes is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Lopez moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ferdinand Lopez!
A relieved looking Ferdinand Lopez thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
