Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Teco Coelho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrone Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coelho fails with the takedown.
Coelho looks for a takedown but Stone sprawls well.
Stone throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Stone looks for the body kick but Coelho saw that one coming.
Coelho shoots for a takedown but Stone saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Teco Coelho. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Stone tries to close the distance and clinch up but Coelho swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Stone rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Coelho moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Stone tries a head kick but it misses.

Stone has Coelho up against the cage in a clinch.

Coelho ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Coelho no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Coelho escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Stone gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Stone passes Coelho's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Stone is trying to control the action in half guard but Coelho is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Stone stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Coelho to get to his feet.

Coelho is breathing heavily.
Stone throws a nice inside leg kick.
Stone throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

It looks like Teco Coelho has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Stone throws a quick head kick that knocks Coelho silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Stone is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
