Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hanzel Spetz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gunn scores a takedown into full mount! Gunn looking to control and managing it successfully. Gunn with a couple of short strikes. Gunn landing strikes, looking to finish! Gunn controlling from the full mount. Gunn stands up from mount. Strange move.
That's one minute gone in the round. Spetz shoots in and bounces Gunn off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Spetz is breathing heavily. Gunn is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Spetz has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Spetz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Gunn working for a triangle but Spetz defends it easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Gunn's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Despite being in the dominant position, Tommy Gunn just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Gunn avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gunn tries for a takedown but Spetz circles away easily and Gunn takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Spetz tries to clinch up but Gunn circles away and keeps his distance. Spetz with a lazy takedown attempt so Gunn counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Gunn thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Gunn sitting in guard, not really doing much. Gunn passes Spetz's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Spetz wants to improve his position but Gunn is controlling well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Gunn seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. I looks like Gunn might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Spetz has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gunn is working away from the top position though. Spetz is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Gunn is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tommy Gunn dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Gunn doesn't succeed with the takedown and Spetz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Gunn is looking to clinch but Spetz is avoiding it.
Gunn looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Well, if Gunn is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Gunn decides to stand up. Gunn lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gunn scores a takedown into full mount! Gunn is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Spetz is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Spetz flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Gunn anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Spetz and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Gunn slips an arm under Spetz chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Gunn has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Gunn is squeezing on Spetz like an anaconda would it's prey. Spetz fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Tommy Gunn!
