The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OShea misses with a straight right.
Steinheiser tries to counter with a takedown but OShea is quick to defend against it.
Nice shot lands for OShea.
OShea tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
OShea is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
OShea throws a lazy head kick
and Steinheiser counters with a takedown into side control.
Steinheiser wants to stand but OShea is controlling his arm.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
OShea takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

OShea dodges the ground and pound from Steinheiser.
The ground and pound from Steinheiser seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Steinheiser holds on and takes a little breather.
OShea stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Steinheiser swivels though and keeps the full guard.

OShea seems to have recovered his senses.
Steinheiser might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

OShea might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Steinheiser haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as OShea accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Steinheiser postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! OShea covers up, he's hurt! Steinheiser keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Steinheiser and the ref steps in to end the fight! Steinheiser can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
