Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Can Tun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Welds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Can Tun!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Danny Welds!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Ren Mimura and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Welds shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Welds showed some decent athleticism there.
Tun looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Welds is nestled in close to Tun, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Well Welds has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
