Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Baltasar Halko (ranked 15261 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joon BigMan (ranked 11325 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Halko might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Lumberjack by Jackyl. Joon BigMan has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 18 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Baltasar Halko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 39 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Joon BigMan! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Ivan Kurochkin and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The crowd cheers as Halko lands an impressive looking overhand right. BigMan doesn't seem phased though. BigMan decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. BigMan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Halko keeps working. BigMan is pressing down on Halko's thigh, looking to free his foot. Halko is holding on for now. Halko is looking to improve his position.
Halko has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. BigMan is working away from the top position though. BigMan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Halko. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. BigMan is trying to control. Halko wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Halko gets full guard. Halko might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Halko wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Halko seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Halko continues to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round. Halko working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. BigMan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. BigMan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. BigMan is looking to work some ground and pound but Halko has wrist control. BigMan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Halko swivels though and keeps the full guard. Halko is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Halko is working hard here to advance position. Halko escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. BigMan gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Halko has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think BigMan should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Halko has tightened it up now! BigMan should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
