Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jesus Second (ranked 5534 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Jones (ranked 3033 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jesus Second! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Daniel Jones! The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, David Hoff and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jones pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Jesus Second seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Second has managed to clinch.
Jones jumps guard and drags Second to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. Jones keeping moving, preventing Second from controlling successfully. Jones looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Second trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jones has his foot on Second's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Second works his way back into a safe position though. Second stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jones swivels though and keeps the full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Second trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom. Second wants to pass the guard but Jones is keeping the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones tries to land a sweep but no joy. Second trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom. Second slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Jones is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Second defends well. Jones escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Second gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Jones looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Second wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Second looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Jones seems to be working for a kimura but Second defends the submission attempt. Jones is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Second still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Second has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! Second working away. Jones tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Second wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones can't do much from the bottom here. Second trying to control the position but Jones is working away. Second thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. You can see the frustration on Jones's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Second working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Second trying to control the action but Jones is working from the bottom. Jones struggling a bit here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Second is working to tighten his grip on Jones's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Jones has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Second is really squeezing tight and eventually Jones passes out! Second breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Jesus Second!
