Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jack Ham! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Munku apap! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ham throws a series of punches but apap moves out of range. Ham will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
apap shoots in for a takedown and gets it. apap is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Ham! apap tries to control but Ham wriggling away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. apap throws some wild stikes that Ham manages to avoid easily.
apap goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Ham is on top in guard.
Ham pushing down on apap's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. apap looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Ham is trying for a kimura here. apap looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Ham wins by kimura!
