Halko's entrance music is The Lumberjack by Jackyl. A fine choice. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
21 - 18 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Baltasar Halko! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
21 - 30 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jackjan Tio! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Konstantin Menshow and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! That kick from Halko tenderised Tio's leg. Tio is trying to keep his angry face on. Tio closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Halko struggling a bit here. Halko manages to work his way to half guard, despite Tio's best efforts. Halko is looking to control Tio's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Halko avoid being mounted? Halko gets full guard. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Halko holds on and takes a little breather. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Halko is on top in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Halko passes easily into side control. Nice work. Halko thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Halko scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Tio to see if he's OK.
It looks like Jackjan Tio has been cut. Halko wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Tio, who protects the arm well. Halko controlling from side mount. Halko working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tio is trying to control Halko's posture but Halko avoids it. Halko is staying tight to Tio's torso, preventing him from escaping. Halko is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Tio is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Tio manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Halko wants to control but Tio is keeping busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Halko avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Tio. The fighters are battling for position here. Halko manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Halko is looking for a triangle but Tio pushes his legs off easily.
Halko has his feet on Tio's thighs here. He's pushed Tio off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Tio screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
