Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Tucker Lee (ranked 4157 p4p, 370 weight class) and Stipe Velasquez (ranked 2299 p4p, 254 weight class). Lee comes to the ring accompanied by DMX - Party Up (Up In Here). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tucker Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Stipe Velasquez! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Velasquez clinches. Velasquez escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Velasquez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lee swats him away and circles back towards the center. Lee was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. We've been informed that Velasquez has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Velasquez misses with a few strikes there.
An attempted straight right counter from Lee misses the target. Velasquez throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Velasquez cracks Lee with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Velasquez lands a glancing blow to the side of Lee's head. Lee takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Velasquez changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Stipe Velasquez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Velasquez misses with a double jab
and Lee counters with a stiff right hand.
It looks like Stipe Velasquez has been cut. Velasquez drives through and clinches with Lee against the ropes.
Velasquez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Velasquez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lee was well out of range. Poor timing from Velasquez. Velasquez scores with a jab to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Velasquez darts in and clinches Lee up against the ropes. Lee breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

enabling Lee to counter with a crisp jab. Velasquez darts in and clinches Lee up against the ropes. Velasquez's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Velasquez connects with a single shot there. Velasquez misses with a combination
and Lee counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Velasquez looks winded! Lee darts in and clinches Velasquez up against the ropes. A shot in the inside from Lee. Velasquez breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lee fails with an attempt to clinch.
Lee cracks Velasquez with a perfect right hand that drops him to the mat! Velasquez is sitting up but I can't see if he's OK from my position. The referee's count has reached 5,6,7 and Velasquez is still not up. Can he make it? 8,9,10! He's out! Velasquez could not beat the count!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Tucker Lee! After the fight, Tucker Lee was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
