Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eugene Kalivas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raz Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Eugene Kalivas! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Raz Morgan! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Joseph Jones and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kalivas moves into the clinch successfully.
Kalivas gets through Morgan's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Kalivas blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Morgan gets control of Kalivas's arms and successfully pulls guard. Morgan will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Kalivas controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Morgan trying to keep a closed guard but Kalivas is proving a slippery customer.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Morgan is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kalivas showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Kalivas stands and steps away. Morgan gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Morgan walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Kalivas lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
It looks like Raz Morgan has been cut. Kalivas could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kalivas throws a series of punches but Morgan avoids them all with ease. Kalivas tries to bum rush Morgan with a series of wild strikes but Morgan uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Morgan looks for a takedown but Kalivas sprawls well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Morgan misses with a series of wild punches.
Kalivas throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Morgan counters with a good low kick that Kalivas was not able to check. Kalivas stuffs the takedown attempt from Morgan. Morgan gets slowly back to his feet. Kalivas moves into the clinch. Kalivas keeps control of Morgan as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Kalivas drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Morgan letting Kalivas take a breather here. Kalivas gets through Morgan's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morgan fails to pull guard.
Eugene Kalivas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Raz Morgan. Morgan lands an elbow that stopped Kalivas in his tracks for a moment. Kalivas stops a takedown attempt from Morgan.
Morgan looks gassed! Kalivas scores with a shoulder strike. Kalivas lands a right hand that snaps the head of Morgan backwards. Morgan tries to stall but Kalivas uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Kalivas. Morgan tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Kalivas has picked Morgan up - he's going for a ride! Kalivas dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Morgan is trying to maintain the position but Kalivas is very close to passing his half guard. Kalivas uses his free foot to push down on Morgan's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Morgan.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kalivas controlling from mount. Kalivas has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Eugene Kalivas dominated that round. The cut man is working on Raz Morgan's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Kalivas bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Morgan tries to improve position but can't. Morgan is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Kalivas off and has taken his back! Morgan gets his hands free as Kalivas looks to control. Morgan has the hooks in. Kalivas is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Kalivas wants to get back to his feet. Morgan trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morgan missing with strikes from the back. Morgan slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Morgan looking for the rear naked choke. And he's got it! Kalivas taps!
