Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dwain Parsons! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Roundhouse Luke! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Aleksandr Martynov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown attempt by Parsons or perhaps it was just good defense by Luke, which made it look bad. Luke misses with a low kick. Parsons half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. The fight moves into the clinch position. Luke wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Parsons has him pressed against the cage. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Parsons prevents Luke from breaking the clinch. Parsons goes for a takedown in the clinch but Luke prevents it.
Luke is trying to push Parsons away but Parsons has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Parsons really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Luke has had enough of the clinch but Parsons keeps him there for the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Parsons has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Luke after a bit of a struggle. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dwain Parsons. That's going to take a lot out of him. Parsons tries to pull guard but Luke forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Parsons escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Parsons fails to land the takedown. Luke looks for the body kick but Parsons saw that one coming.
That's one minute gone in the round. Luke throws a right and a left that Parsons avoids nicely. Luke misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Parsons tries to counter by clinching up but Luke breaks away and moves out of range. Roundhouse Luke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Parsons dodges the punch combination from Luke.
Luke displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Parsons. As Parsons backs off Luke throws a huge counter combo but Parsons manages to avoid it all. Luke lands a left and a right that send Parsons crashing to the mat, dazed. Luke thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Parsons is rocked!
It looks like Dwain Parsons has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Luke drops Parsons with a big left hand! Parsons is injured, injured bad! Luke jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
