And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lee Lyons!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, George Francis and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lyons changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Goon tries to avoid it but Lyons manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Goon to the ground. Goon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Goon went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Goon connects with the punch.
Lyons is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lyons has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Lyons there as he acknowledges the shot.
Lyons misses with a takedown
and Lyons takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Lyons is rocked!
Goon lands with a right and another and another! Lyons is in big trouble! Goon lands again and this time it's lights out for Lyons! A quality knockout there for Goon.

After winning the bout, Southern Goon thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
