Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jan Schrijber (ranked 2728 p4p, 263 weight class) and Drederick Tatum (ranked 1341 p4p, 156 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Schrijber shoots in looking for a takedown. Tatum tries to sprawl out of it but Schrijber keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Tatum manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Tatum keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Schrijber shoots for a double leg takedown but Tatum sprawls well. He's pushed Schrijber's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Drederick Tatum showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
