Thirdleg showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Briedis.
Thirdleg tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Thirdleg bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Thirdleg tries for a kimura but Briedis is defending well.
Thirdleg wants to lay and pray for a moment but Briedis keeps working.
Thirdleg is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Briedis knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
