Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ky Tycoon (ranked 2411 p4p, 248 weight class) and Johnny Rosenthal (ranked 3188 p4p, 288 weight class). Tycoon comes to the cage accompanied by Im the champ. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Reed Andrews and Russell Pearce.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rosenthal rushes Tycoon and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Rosenthal digs a right hand into Tycoon's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Tycoon's gas tank.

Rosenthal turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Rosenthal manages to end up in side control.
Tycoon stops Rosenthal from passing to mount.

Rosenthal tries for a kimura but Tycoon is defending well.
Rosenthal wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tycoon keeps working.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Tycoon dives in and grabs Rosenthal's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rosenthal pushes down on Tycoon's head and hops out.
Rosenthal changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Tycoon tries to avoid it but Rosenthal manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Tycoon to the ground. Tycoon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
