Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lee Sang Seok (ranked 857 p4p, 92 weight class) and Carl Kingston (ranked 658 p4p, 73 weight class). Kingston has chosen Creep - Radiohead as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

With a record of 19 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Carl Kingston!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingston scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Kingston connects with an inside leg kick.
Kingston lands a nice looking kick to the body. Seok takes a step back to recover.
Kingston looks to land a body kick but Seok moved away.
Seok connects with a body shot that sends Kingston's belly button to the back.
Kingston misses with a low kick.
Kingston throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Kingston keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Seok.

Seok takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Kingston uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Seok.
Kingston moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Seok accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kingston wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Let's hope that Kingston has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Kingston is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Seok is controlling him.

Seok wants to control from the top but Kingston keeps moving.
Seok tries to free his leg and advance position but Kingston is retaining full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Kingston pushes Seok away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Seok gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Seok has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Seok working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Seok content to control rather than advance.

I would just about give that final round to Carl Kingston.
I think Kingston has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
