The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Gracie.
Homoslobin has his takedown stuffed
and Gracie counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Homoslobin wants to sweep here but Gracie controlling him for the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Homoslobin can't keep his opponent in guard - Gracie advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Gracie is working for a submission of some sort.
Gracie seems to be working for a kimura but Homoslobin defends the submission attempt.
Homoslobin tries to kick Gracie off but Gracie keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Gracie is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Homoslobin sees it coming and defends easily.
Gracie in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Homoslobin tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Gracie!
