Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pierre St. Georges (ranked 113 p4p, 17 weight class) and Brak Maugøn (ranked 200 p4p, 28 weight class). St. Georges comes to the cage accompanied by Jiu Jitsu. Maugøn has chosen Save Yourself as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maugøn ducks under a wild hook from St. Georges.
It seemed like Maugøn was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
St. Georges avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A bone on bone clash there as St. Georges blocks the leg kick.
We've been informed that Maugøn has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
