The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A solid leg kick lands there for Cobblepot.
Cobblepot slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Cobblepot connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Cobblepot throws a nice looking combination but El Toro Jr bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. El Toro Jr misses the shot to the body. Cobblepot misses the shot to the body. El Toro Jr throws a lazy right hand but Cobblepot sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. El Toro Jr feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Cobblepot's calf. Cobblepot ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Cobblepot definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. The fighters circling - El Toro Jr throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Cobblepot darts in and out, connecting with a jab. El Toro Jr throws a shot from downtown. Cobblepot moves away and avoids it. Cobblepot thinks about countering with a body kick. Cobblepot throws a hook but El Toro Jr blocks it. Oswald Cobblepot seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cobblepot swings away with a body shot that misses

That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. El Toro Jr connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. El Toro Jr throws a looping overhand right but Cobblepot ducks down to avoid it. A looping hook to the body misses from El Toro Jr. Cobblepot does a little dance to reset his feet. Nice cross by Cobblepot. El Toro Jr drops his hands momentarily and Cobblepot takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. El Toro Jr looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Cobblepot tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but El Toro Jr was well out of range. Poor timing from Cobblepot. El Toro Jr might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Cobblepot lands a nice leg kick that just misses El Toro Jr's sensitive parts. A nice combination there by Cobblepot.
Cobblepot takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Cobblepot connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Nice uppercut there from Cobblepot. El Toro Jr throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

A nice side step and El Toro Jr releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Cobblepot swings and misses with a hook to the body.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from El Toro Jr! But no joy. Cobblepot throws a series of punches but El Toro Jr avoids them all with ease. El Toro Jr throws a big shot that misses. Cobblepot ducks down and throws a hook to the body but El Toro Jr moves away. Cobblepot is really peppering his opponent's head with punches. Cobblepot uses good head movement to avoid the hook from El Toro Jr. Nice body kick from El Toro Jr. Cobblepot throws a big shot that misses. El Toro Jr throws out a counter right but Cobblepot avoids it with no problem. El Toro Jr dips to his left and cracks Cobblepot with an uppercut! El Toro Jr throws a shot from downtown. Cobblepot moves away and avoids it. Cobblepot was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Cobblepot is looking to chop away at El Toro Jr's legs. El Toro Jr swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A left and a right from Cobblepot both land. Nice combination. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A big left from Cobblepot misses. El Toro Jr misses with a hook. Cobblepot ducked under it nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cobblepot scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Cobblepot swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Cobblepot blocks a leg kick. A quick step to the side and Cobblepot tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Cobblepot keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from El Toro Jr. Jab, jab by El Toro Jr - just one landing. Cobblepot throws a low kick but El Toro Jr avoids it. Cobblepot connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between El Toro Jr's hands. Cobblepot bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. The fighters circling - El Toro Jr throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Cobblepot lands the left hand. Cobblepot throws a hook but El Toro Jr avoids it easily. El Toro Jr avoids the head kick by Cobblepot.

Cobblepot fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Cobblepot moves in looking to clinch but El Toro Jr pushes him off. Cobblepot is really dominating this fight. Cobblepot throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. El Toro Jr has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. El Toro Jr moves away from the strike by Cobblepot. Cobblepot slips a straight right by El Toro Jr. Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but El Toro Jr might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Cobblepot has got the better of the exchanges. Cobblepot is rocked! El Toro Jr throws a jab but it's blocked by Cobblepot. Oh Cobblepot is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! El Toro Jr cracks Cobblepot with a hook to the temple - Cobblepot is on wobbly legs here! El Toro Jr swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Cobblepot falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! El Toro Jr wins by TKO!
