Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Shin Tsu (ranked 6884 p4p, 450 weight class) and Chad Solis (ranked 6813 p4p, 446 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Shin Tsu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chad Solis! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tsu misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Solis.
Tsu throws a lazy uppercut
and Solis counters with a three punch combo that has Tsu backing up. Tsu nods at Solis to acknowledge the strikes. Tsu throws a jab but it's blocked by Solis. A swing and a miss from Tsu. Solis steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tsu. Solis is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Solis ducks under a wild hook from Tsu. Despite the aggression on Solis's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Solis swinging wildly here.
Tsu missing with a left hand there. Solis was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Solis throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Tsu scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Tsu scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Solis doesn't seem bothered though. A slow jab from Tsu misses its intended target. This has been an exciting period of action! A telegraphed right hand from Tsu misses the target. Solis lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Tsu swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
That's one minute gone in the round. Solis throws a nice outside leg kick. Tsu throws an off balance right hand
and Solis counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Jab by Tsu. Shin Tsu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tsu on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Solis. Solis obviously looking to wear him down.
Tsu looks to land a left hand but Solis moved out of range nicely. As Tsu backs off Solis throws a huge counter combo but Tsu manages to avoid it all. Tsu throws a predictable looking body shot
and Solis counters with a left and a right that stings Tsu.
Tsu is rocked! Tsu loads up on a big right hand but Solis slips the punch. Solis defending well as Tsu loads up on a big left hand. Solis chopping away at his opponent's legs.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Solis shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Tsu eats them both and turns towards Solis to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Oh Tsu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! A slapping leg kick lands for Solis.
Tsu seems to have got his legs back now. Solis throws a quick inside leg kick. Solis is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Solis looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Solis's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Solis duly obliges.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Solis lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tsu circles away quickly and effectively. Tsu connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Tsu throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Solis!
Tsu misses with a left hand and Solis counters with a crisp one two that drops Tsu! Solis thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Tsu to his feet! Tsu is in big trouble! Tsu is breathing heavily. Solis throws a right and a left that both miss. Tsu get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Tsu stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Solis runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Chad Solis!
