This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gomu slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Gomu sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Wrecking Ball's guard.

Wrecking Ball is looking to control Gomu's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wrecking Ball avoid being mounted?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gomu perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Gomu's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Let's hope that Gomu has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Wrecking Ball wants to control but Gomu is keeping busy.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Gomu slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
