Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Haidar Barante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kugi Joroinen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Andrew Berry and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Barante.
Barante really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Joroinen shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Joroinen is working for a guillotine from mount but Barante frees his head quite easily.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Joroinen goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Barante turns into him and now he's in Joroinen's guard.

Barante stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Joroinen swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Joroinen should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Barante sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Joroinen's guard.
Barante has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Joroinen defend it? Barante steps over the head and cranks it - Joroinen is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Barante!
