The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Julius throws a head kick but Butten moves out of range.
Butten has Julius up against the cage in a clinch.
Butten tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Julius smiles and moves away.
Julius throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Julius bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Butten throws a series of punches but Julius avoids them all with ease.
Julius lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Butten throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Butten drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Butten tries to advance to mount but can't.
Julius explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
Julius throws a half hearted mid kick.
Julius misses with a head kick.
Butten avoids the head kick by Julius.

Butten throws a series of punches but Julius avoids them all with ease.

Butten stalks Julius and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Julius's face. Julius staggers backwards, shaken.

No joy there for Butten, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Julius.

Julius falls off balance throwing a combination
and Butten decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Julius's guard.
Butten prevents Julius from getting back to his feet.
