Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Genesuis Silverkush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Genesuis Silverkush! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jeremy Parker! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parker fails with an attempt to clinch.
Parker shoots in and drives through. Silverkush sprawls well. Nice straight punches there by Silverkush. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Silverkush. Parker fails to land the takedown. Left hook, right uppercut from Silverkush. Parker closes the distance and clinches. Silverkush managing to block the knees to the body from Parker.
Parker lands a body shot in the clinch.
Parker drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Silverkush gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Genesuis Silverkush has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeremy Parker. Parker has Silverkush pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Silverkush manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Parker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Horrible takedown by Parker or perhaps it was just good defense by Silverkush which made him look bad. Parker fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Silverkush rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Parker moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Genesuis Silverkush seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Silverkush slips a straight right by Parker.
That's one minute gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Parker. Parker bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Parker looks gassed! Parker decides to take the fight back to the feet. Silverkush lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Parker shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Silverkush but Silverkush pushes him off and we're back to square one. Silverkush shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Parker as he avoids it easily. Silverkush throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Silverkush lands a head kick. Parker smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Silverkush connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Silverkush moves into the clinch. Silverkush pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Silverkush moves into range and clinches up with Parker. Parker ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Parker no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Silverkush thows a big elbow that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Parker is pulling down on Silverkush's head. It's preventing any offense from Silverkush, at least for the moment. Silverkush content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Silverkush wants to control from the top but Parker keeps moving. Silverkush has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Parker is proving hard to escape from. Silverkush stands up from Parker's guard - Silverkush perhaps looking for a knockout. Silverkush will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silverkush goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Silverkush fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

That was a close round but I would say that Genesuis Silverkush will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Parker fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Nice uppercut there from Silverkush. Nice takedown defense from Parker. No joy for Silverkush on that attempt. Parker circles away from the clinch attempt.

He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Parker controlling the pace. Silverkush is staying active underneath Parker, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Parker trying to mount his opponent but Silverkush defends it.

Parker seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Silverkush has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Parker is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Silverkush is chipping away with strikes.

and Silverkush counters with a flying knee. Nice. Parker will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. A right-left combo lands from Silverkush. Parker looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Parker shoots in but no luck this time. Silverkush moves into range and clinches up with Parker.

Silverkush gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Silverkush wants to stand but Parker is controlling his posture from full guard. Jeremy Parker has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Genesuis Silverkush is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Parker trying to strike off his back.
