Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rick Siver (ranked 4047 p4p, 353 weight class) and Jake Two (ranked 7276 p4p, 474 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rick Siver! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jake Two! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Two has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Two there as he acknowledges the shot.
It looks like Jake Two has been cut. Two looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Siver closes the distance and clinches up with Two, looking for a takedown. Siver pushes Two against the cage but Two circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Siver dives in for a single leg takedown but Two sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Two scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Siver tries to get to full guard but Two has control of the leg. Siver is trying to stand back up but Two is controlling him

That's one minute gone in the round. Two with the ground and pound from mount. Siver is trying desperately to improve position. Two controlling from the full mount. Two trying to control but he's not successful this time. You get the feeling that Siver really doesn't like being in this position too much.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Siver is working to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Siver wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Two working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Siver is trying to get back to his feet but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Two looking to secure an arm triangle but Siver defends it well. Siver is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Siver gets back to half guard. Siver looking for submissions off his back. Two tries to pass to full mount but Siver defends it. Two throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Siver trying to control but Two postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Two gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Siver to score an easy takedown into full guard. Siver working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Two's head. Siver working some strikes from top position. Two preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Siver wants to control from the top but Two keeps moving. Two utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Siver has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Siver trying to control the position from guard on top but Two is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Siver landing some decent shots from guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jake Two will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Jake Two's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Siver shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Two as he avoids it easily. Siver fails in his attempt to clinch. Two tries to counter by closing the distance. Rick Siver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Siver shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Two but Two pushes him off and we're back to square one. Two throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Siver's waist but Siver gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Two off to one side. Siver goes for a double leg but Two avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Two continues to drive forward. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rick Siver. That's going to take a lot out of him. Siver is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Two's half guard. Siver lands with a punch from half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Two is looking for a sweep. Siver is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Siver working the head and body with strikes. Siver seems to be looking for submissions.

Two wants to get back to full guard. Siver scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Siver landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Siver is thwarting Two's attempts to control the position.

Siver winds up and cracks Two with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Two is trying to get back to full guard. Two is not content to let Siver control the position. Two wants to control but Siver is keeping busy.
Siver is nestled in close to Two, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. We've been hearing that Siver has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Siver scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Siver working over Two with some ground and pound. Two looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Siver not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Two wants to get back to his feet. Siver is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Siver connects with a nice short shot to Two's temple.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Siver takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Two is still in real trouble! Can Siver finish him? The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Siver lands a nice short elbow. Siver is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Siver thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Two's head. Two looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Rick Siver dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Jake Two's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Siver dives in and grabs Two's left leg, looking for a takedown. Two pushes down on Siver's head and hops out. Two seems to have recovered his senses. Two stuffs the takedown attempt from Siver. Siver gets slowly back to his feet. Two swings away with a leg kick that misses. A head kick misses from Two. Siver tries to counter with a takedown but Two is quick to defend against it. Nice sprawl there from Siver as Two shoots in. Rick Siver is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Two stuffs the takedown attempt from Siver. Siver gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rick Siver. That's going to take a lot out of him. Two leaves Siver with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Siver keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Siver looking to score a takedown here. Two is defending well but Siver drives through and ends up in Two's guard. Two is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Siver working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Siver's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Two controls Siver momentarily but Siver frees himself. Two is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Siver scoring with some ground and pound. Siver postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Siver lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Siver wants to control from the top but Two keeps moving. Siver trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Two wants to sweep here but Siver controlling him for the moment. Siver connects with a couple of short punches. Siver trying to control but Two is working from the bottom. Siver loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Siver won't allow Two to sweep him here. Siver scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Two wants to stand and escape but Siver is having none of it. Siver throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Two works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Two blocks the body kick.
Nice takedown defense from Two. No joy for Siver on that attempt. Siver shoots for a double leg takedown but Two sprawls well. He's pushed Siver's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Two closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Two lands in his opponent's guard. Two tries to stand but Siver is controlling from the bottom. Siver not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Siver could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Siver is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Two is controlling him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Siver manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Two prevents the takedown attempt.

Siver fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Siver sets himself, and Two steps forward looking for the clinch! Siver avoids it this time. Two forces Siver back against the cage and clinches. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Siver lands a hook to the side of the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Two is trying to force a seperation but Siver has the dominant position. Siver has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Two is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Jake Two. I think Two has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
