Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jason Behar (ranked 2531 p4p, 139 weight class) and Ray Reaper (ranked 4462 p4p, 193 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ray Reaper was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jason Behar! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ray Reaper! The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Daniel Franklin and David Hoff.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Behar takes a swing at Reaper's ribcage but misses. Reaper looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Reaper walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Reaper lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Behar circles away quickly and effectively. Behar lands a nice shot that snaps Reaper's head back.
Reaper throws a series of punches but Behar avoids them all with ease. Reaper throws a right and a left that Behar avoids nicely. Behar darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Behar throws a shot from downtown. Reaper moves away and avoids it. Behar lands a nice shot to the body.
Behar has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Island Sparring in the buildup to the fight. Ray Reaper seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Reaper throws a left and a right that both miss
and Behar counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Behar. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Behar misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Reaper is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Behar lands a body shot in the clinch.
Reaper prevents a body shot from Behar. Behar scores with a shot to the side of Reaper's head. Behar stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Behar fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
That's one minute gone in the round. Behar is leaning against Reaper and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Reaper blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Behar. Behar stalling the fight.
Reaper blocks an uppercut.
Behar pushes Reaper back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head. Behar lands a nice uppercut. Behar lands a body punch in the clinch. Behar is working Reaper over against the ropes. Behar lands a left hand.
A short left from Behar.
Reaper is rocked! Behar lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Reaper backwards. Reaper is still on wobbly legs! Can Behar finish him? Behar lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Reaper or not. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Behar is leaning against Reaper and scores with a nice uppercut to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Behar lands with a right to the head. A short uppercut from Behar. Behar creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Reaper's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Reaper drops to his knees and Behar pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jason Behar! Jason Behar is the new bantamweight champion!
