Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Smith (ranked 2323 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesus Robbo (ranked 2030 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Smith might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Therion - Sitra Ahra. Jesus Robbo told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robbo sends Smith crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Robbo is motioning to the referee to let Smith up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
It looks like Mike Smith has been cut.
A solid leg kick lands there for Robbo.
Robbo tries to move into range but Smith moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Robbo throws a head kick but Smith moves out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Decent striking displayed by Smith there.
Robbo throws a nice looking combination but Smith bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A head kick misses from Smith.
Robbo swings for the body but Smith moves out of range.
Robbo scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Smith throws a sloppy head kick and Robbo moves out of range easily.
Robbo looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Smith moves into range and clinches up with Robbo.
A short body shot lands from Robbo as the two fighters clinch.
Robbo swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Robbo tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Smith's elbow.
Robbo lands with a light punch inside.
Smith misses with a hook from the clinch.
Robbo lands a nice uppercut.
Smith misses with a punch to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Robbo as Smith tries to tie him up.
Robbo throws a head punch that misses.
Robbo lands with a right to the head.
Smith is rocked!
Robbo dips a shoulder and cracks Smith with a mighty uppercut! Smith falls back against the cage and Robbo unloads with a barrage of strikes! Smith is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Robbo screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jesus Robbo!
