Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Harley King (ranked 568 p4p, 78 weight class) and Zuillnic Canto (ranked 1011 p4p, 147 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Harley King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Zuillnic Canto!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Canto shoots in for a takedown but King shows good takedown defense.
Canto misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
A counter left hand to the body from King misses its target.

King gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Canto drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but King manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Canto has King in his guard.

King would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Canto throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! King escapes and throws Canto's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Canto is looking for a sweep.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

King stands up.
Canto slips under a jab from King.
Canto tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Canto fails with a takedown attempt.
Harley King has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zuillnic Canto.

Canto scores with a takedown into King's guard.
Canto stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. King swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Canto slips nicely into half guard.

Canto is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Canto is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, King has managed to free his arm - good work.

King wants to get back to his feet.

Canto is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so King is just riding it out for now. Canto eventually gives up the hold.

Canto looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Canto is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
King tries to kick Canto off but Canto keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Canto is looking for submissions but instead, King has regained full guard.

Canto stands and throws King's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Canto wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by King, who protects the arm well.

Canto goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, King has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Canto but great work by King.
Canto tries to buck King off but King is having none of it.
King wants to stand but Canto is controlling his arm.
Canto is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Canto is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but King is one step ahead and moves to full mount!
King content just to control the position here.

King gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
King throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
King tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
King misses the shot to the body.
Canto feints the counter takedown.
Canto shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
King scores with a decent looking hook.
Canto shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and King cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
King cracks Canto with an open hand slap.
King scores with a jab to the head.
Zuillnic Canto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Canto shoots in for a takedown but King shows good takedown defense.
King misses the shot to the body.
King scores with a hook.


It looks like Zuillnic Canto has been cut.
Canto throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around King's waist but King gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Canto off to one side.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Canto.
A jab from King misses.

Canto drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
King pushes Canto away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Canto gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Canto tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Canto has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Harley King dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Zuillnic Canto's cut.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Canto looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Harley King is winning the standup battle so far.
King cracks a nice hook into Canto's ribs.

letting King counter with a right hand.

Canto shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Canto was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
King is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Canto is controlling him well.

Canto is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but King is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

King explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!

Canto is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in King's half guard.

King manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Canto keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the ropes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Canto wants a takedown but no success here.
Harley King has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zuillnic Canto.
King lands an uppercut.
King stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

King digs a right hand into Canto's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Canto's gas tank.
Canto is breathing heavily.
King lands a body shot in the clinch.
Nice body punch from King.

King escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A cross from King lands.
King digs a good hook to Canto's body.
King fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Canto looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Canto takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
King lands with a shot to the body.
King looks to score with a jab to the body but Canto is just out of range.

King rushes Canto and presses him up against the ropes.

King manages to break the clinch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Canto is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. King gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
A body shot lands from King.

King escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

King feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Canto sprawling to the canvas! Canto rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can King finish him?!
King scores with a hook.

Canto shoots in looking for a takedown but King manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Canto's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
King ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
King drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Canto's head, knocking him out cold! King is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:11 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Harley King!
After the big win, Harley King made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Ma Balls Is Hot Clothing and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
